Are you curious about what other teens experience in their daily lives and learning about their personal insights? What Lies Beneath takes inspiration from The Fabric Workshop and Museum’s exhibition Suzanne Bocanegra: Poorly Watched Girls, celebrating the vibrant voices of teens and inviting them to consider the experiences and feelings that lie just beneath the surface of the public self one presents to school, family or friends. Join us for this free art happening to see the artwork produced by teens from around the city and have a chance to explore screen printing, button making, or capturing self-portrait imagery in our polaroid selfie booth! Free snacks and drinks will be served.
